Our monthly plans include custom-coded website development, unlimited content updates, fast and secure hosting, Google Business Profile setup, and around-the-clock support from our team.
Our monthly plans come with a 12-month minimum to give us the time to build, refine, and maximize results for your business. If you cancel before the 12-month term, you’ll owe the remaining balance toward the full cost of the website ($3600), minus what you’ve already paid. After the first year, you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
Yes, after the 12-month minimum your $200 monthly plan continues. At Moore Web Designs we focus on long-term partnerships. It usually takes us 2 to 3 years to earn what we would from a one-time project so we aim to work with clients who see the ongoing value. By then your site should be generating more than $200 per month in return and paying for itself. We do not offer a buy-out option for our monthly plan because that goes against the idea of establishing a long-term partnership.
Yes, we offer a $100 per month add-on for unlimited edits and support. Like our monthly plan, it comes with a 12-month minimum. To keep things smooth and sustainable, this add-on can’t be turned on and off month to month. If you cancel and decide to restart later, a new 12-month commitment will apply.
Yes! You always own your domain. Even if you cancel your subscription the domain is yours to keep. We do not believe in holding anything hostage.
We offer two flexible options. A $200 monthly plan with no upfront cost, unlimited support, and hosting or a $3600 lump sum plan for a fully custom five page website with an additional $25 per-month charge for hosting.
Every invoice includes a 7 day grace period. A $25 late fee is applied after that. If multiple payments are missed without communication we reserve the right to cancel the contract and require full payment for the website. We are always willing to work with clients but clear communication is key.
We have two add-ons with monthly fees: the hosting add-on and the unlimited edits and support add-on. These work on a 12-month minimum contract basis. The other add-ons are a one-time fee that must be paid upfront. Feel free to check out our add-ons section on our pricing page.
We send invoices by email through Square with a secure link to add your payment info. Subscriptions are paid by credit or debit card and we accept all major cards. Lump sum projects are paid by ACH bank transfer to help reduce processing fees. We do not accept checks or money orders.
If you sign a contract and decide not to move forward before we start building the site, we will refund anything you paid to get started. Once development begins, refunds are not guaranteed and are offered at our discretion.
Our packages include technical SEO best practices and local optimization to help your site get found. For advanced SEO campaigns or paid advertising, we partner with trusted SEO professionals and can refer you to experts with a proven track record of results.
Our packages include technical SEO fundamentals such as proper header structure, meta descriptions, schema markup, and mobile optimization. We also create and optimize your Google Business Profile to improve your visibility in local search results.

No reputable web developer can guarantee front page rankings on Google. We implement proven technical SEO and local optimization strategies to improve your visibility but rankings depend on many factors including your competition content quality and overall online presence.
SEO is a long term investment and results do not happen overnight. In most cases it takes six to twelve months to see consistent growth depending on your competition and industry. New websites need time to build trust with Google especially when competing with sites that have been active for years. Our goal is to build your authority steadily so you can earn lasting visibility and rankings over time.
Every website we build includes SSL certification, daily backups, malware monitoring, and ongoing security updates. Our maintenance plans keep your site protected so you can focus on your business with peace of mind.
Our support packages include monthly maintenance checks, immediate bug fixes, security updates, and edits to your site's text and images. They do not cover new pages, custom features, or new content creation.
To request edits, just send an email to moorewebdesignstx@gmail.com and it will be added to our support queue. We often provide support seven days a week to keep your site running smoothly.
Our Content Management System (CMS) lets you create and update blog posts on your own. For core pages, we handle updates to ensure performance and SEO are not affected. If you want more control, we can offer custom CMS features and training. One time build clients can also add our unlimited content updates service for $100 per month which includes professional optimization of all changes.
If you cancel monthly service after the 12 month minimum, you will need to move to a new platform. We can assist with content migration for an additional fee.
We typically complete websites in four to eight weeks depending on how quickly we receive content and images and the availability of our team. In some cases we can complete a website in as little as two weeks.
